A&L Management Consultants


A&L Management Consultants, then ALF Management Consultants was formed in 1997 with the aim of providing high quality management consulting services to the Radiology market in South Africa.


Since then A&L has expanded into several of the other professional practices, however, the focus has always been and remains professional services within the medical services industry.


A&L services a wide variety of organisations, varying in legal structure and size and thus understands that each entity requires its own set of unique value adding services in order to not only comply with stakeholder and legal requirements, but also to grow and develop towards fulfilling its owner’s vision, purpose and aspirations.


A&L provides both recurring and once-off services, to clients, depending on the client’s specific needs and requirements.


Collectively the trustees, most whom also perform some form of external management consulting services, have more than 50 years of top management experience between them and thus able to provide the required level of outsourced management consulting services its valued clients require.
